BATAVIA — With three City Council at-large seats to vote on and a County Legislature District 9 race for Ward 4 and Ward 5 voters to decide, residents had their final chance to cast their ballots Tuesday.
Steve Frieday of Osterhout Avenue, who voted this year, said there wasn’t much on the ballot. There were three open at-large seats on the City Council and four candidates: Republican and Conservative incumbents Eugene Jankowski Jr. and Richard Richmond II, Democrat and Future of Batavia candidate Samuel DiSalvo and Republican and Conservative candidate Nicholas Lord.
