CATSKILL – State Police have identified the body of a man found in the Catskill Creek as that of Mckinley Smith, 32, of Catskill.

The body was spotted in the creek in the Village of Catskill at about 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 2.

The cause of death remains under investigation, according to investigators.
