The Asia Cup trophy dispute has reignited tensions between India and Pakistan. PCB chairman and ACC head Mohsin Naqvi is skipping the ICC Board meeting in Dubai, citing “domestic political issues,” just as the BCCI planned to raise the trophy row. The silverware remains locked in the ACC office after India refused to accept it from Naqvi due to his anti-India remarks. Naqvi, also Pakistan’s interior minister, insists on personally handing it over on November 10 — a proposal India rejected. In his absence, PCB COO Sumair Syed will represent Pakistan at the ICC meeting.
