A press conference from the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday revealed several details about the incoming manager, Walt Weiss. Most notably, it was announced that the club gave him a three-year contract with a fourth year option.

There was also discussion on the coaching staff, the decision to hire Weiss, and more.

Weiss joined the Braves in November 2017 and took over as bench coach in 2018. Now, we get to see him take over the role as skipper.
