Voters appear to pick James for Columbia-Montour judge in tight race

BLOOMSBURG — Bloomsburg attorney David James leads the Columbia-Montour common pleas judge race by less than two percent, according to unofficial election results Tuesday night.

Montour County will count 1,133 mail-in votes Wednesday.
