If you’ve been driving around Texas lately- especially through El Paso- you might’ve noticed those glowing TXDOT signs that read “DWI No Refusal Weekend.” They popped up all through Halloween weekend, and chances are you’ll see them again as we roll into Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
