CLEVELAND — Voters across Northeast Ohio decided on several school tax levies and bond issues in the Nov. 4 general election.

While many proposals were renewals, some districts were seeking bond issues for additional funding to support operations, renovations and new construction.

Here's how these key ballot issues played out:

ASHTABULA COUNTY

The Geneva Area City School District asked voters to approve a $15.955 million bond issue. The bond would have funded new school facilities for students, families and the community.

The cost would have been 1.96 mills, or about $69 per year for every $100,000 of appraised property value. Bonds would be repaid over 30 years, starting in 2026.
