The Rockland Bulldogs defeated the Carey Panthers 25-14, 25-18, 14-25, 25-10 in an Idaho Class 1A state volleyball tournament elimination matchup on Friday at Coeur d’Alene High School.

Abbi Whittier led Carey with 10 kills in the contest, while Andie Simpson posted 28 digs. Madison Hoskins tallied 19 assists.

Carey finished the 2025 season 14-8, including a 1-2 record at state. It lost in five sets to Genesee on Thursday before defeating Leadore in four sets in its first contest of the day on Friday. The Panthers won the Sawtooth Conference regular season and district championships.

The Panthers registered a four-set victory, 17-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-19 over the Leadore Mustangs in an elimination contest on Friday at Coeur d’Alene High School.
