(Bismarck, ND) — A man is behind bars after pleading guilty to threatening his neighbors with a knife. Dustin Ward was arrested in April after being reported by his two neighbors. He pleaded guilty to three felony counts, including terrorizing and meth possession. Ward was ordered to serve five years in prison.
