(Madison, WI) — South Dakota Senator John Thune is among those remembering the life of former Vice President Dick Cheney. Cheney — who served as VP under former President George W. Bush — died Monday at the age of 84. Thune spoke of Cheney on the Senate Floor Tuesday saying he was a lifelong public servant who believed very deeply in the country, and brought his considerable knowledge and intelligence to its service.
