A charity’s first ever family community engagement event was hailed a roaring success. ‌

Hundreds turned out in Girvan and South Carrick to highlight the importance of Harbour Ayrshire’s work tackling drug and alcohol addiction in the area. ‌

The event was held at Girvan Academy and drew a fantastic attendance of more than 300 with an array of children’s activities and community services providing information for parents and family members. ‌

Ayr food kings Spudbuds added significantly to the day, providing 250 baked potatoes to those in attendance.
