PIF may have suffered losses from LIV Golf, but its investment in women’s golf has been quite profitable. Over the last few years, the Public Investment Fund, led by Yasir Othman Al-Rumayyan, has hosted quite a few events collaborating with the Ladies European Tour. That has attracted many big names, including Lottie Woad & Charley Hull. And from 2026 onwards, they are planning to extend their reach in women’s golf by joining hands with the LPGA Tour to attract bigger stars like Nelly Korda & Co.
