Voters have chosen three new members to serve on the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Board of Trustees following Tuesday’s election.
According to unofficial results from all 600 voting centers, Lesley Guilmart, Cleveland Lane Jr., and Kendra Camarena were elected to four-year terms representing Positions 5, 6, and 7, respectively.
For the Position 5 seat, Guilmart received 31,576 votes, or 50.89 percent, defeating Radele Walker, who received 33.72 percent, and Terrance Edmond, who received 15.4 percent.

For Position 6, Lane received 28,082 votes, or 44.79 percent, finishing ahead of Natalie Blasingame with 34.25 percent and Scott Henry with 20.96 percent.
