One person is unaccounted for after a fire tore through a home in Bozrah in the early morning hours Wednesday.
Fire crews responded to a single-family home on Fitchville Road shortly before 3:40 a.m. and found heavy fire at the residence, according to the Bozrah Fire Department .
Crews immediately began working to contain the fire and had to secure some propane tanks that were exposed, fire officials said. Firefighters also worked to stop flames that were spreading to a next door home.
Fire officials said they received the report that one person was believed to possibly be in the home, but the person has not yet been accounted for.
