SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A victim says he was caught in the crossfire between two vehicles.

On Nov. 5, at 1 a.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a shooting on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive.

Officers say that a man was shot in the leg while he was walking.

The victim told SPD that two vehicles passed by, shooting at each other, when he was struck.

According to the victim, one vehicle was blue and the other was white.

The injured man was transported to a hospital for treatment and is expected to recover.
