Fox News host Sean Hannity expressed dismay that Zohran Mamdani was elected mayor of New York City on Tuesday, saying friends of his in the city are telling him they are "scared" and "depressed" over the race's result. “And I honestly feel bad," Hannity said during the network's election night coverage after Fox called the race for Mamdani. "I have friends of mine in New York. My phone is blowing up. They are officially depressed and scared … A full 9 percent of people say that they will leave if he in fact got elected. Before today, they said if he got elected, they are gonna leave New York City.”
