A derelict eyesore formerly a transport depot will soon be transformed into housing.
The site off Greenhill Road in Middleton , once owned and operated by JW Lees Brewery, was left vacant just over 15 years ago. Last year planning approval was granted to overhaul the site and build 24 ‘high-quality’ homes.
This means the shabby buildings left there will be demolished and replaced.
