Agartala, 5 th November 2025: The Directorate of Secondary Education has said that active steps are being taken to fill vacant teaching posts across schools under its jurisdiction.

According to the Directorate, recruitment is currently in progress for 1,158 Postgraduate Teachers and 700 Graduate Teachers (Secondary level). The Tripura Teachers’ Recruitment Board (TRBT) has already recommended the names of 57 qualified candidates for the post of Special Educator and 106 candidates for the post of Physical Education Teacher.
