Manlius shuts down the Dog Gone Inn, plagued by filth, neglect and a death, police say

Kylo the 9-year-old German Shepherd was found dead inside the Dog Gone Inn, which is in a shopping plaza at 315 Fayette St. in the village of Manlius, on Oct. 14, 2025. The building was found unfit for occupancy due to unsanitary conditions by Manlius Town Codes on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025.
