Bhubaneswar: Odisha felt the winter chill on Wednesday as the night temperature dropped to 12.4°C at G Udayagiri.

Phulbani, also in Kandhamal district, was close second at 12.5°C. Daringbadi (14°C) was the other place in the state where the night temperature fell below 15°C. Jharsuguda (14.5°C) and Bhubaneswar (17°C witnessed a sharp drop of 4.3°C and 4.2°C respectively from normal. Cuttack recorded 17.6°C, which was 2.5°C below normal. ADVERTISEMENT
