Ihave heard it said that stage one of a business ‘s life cycle can be described as ‘building the plane as we are flying it.’ When a business initially gets off the ground the team will solve each problem as it arises. This is typical in stage one. Another word for that is evolving – the business is evolving and adapting as it grows. Stage one is necessary and provides amazing knowledge and experience.
