CARTHAGE, Mo. — Sarah Fash, a teacher at the Carthage Intermediate Center, has been named a 2025 McDonald’s Outstanding Educator Award winner.

The McDonald’s Outstanding Educator Award program, now in its sixth year, recognizes teachers who inspire their students, bring innovation to their classrooms, and make a lasting impact in their schools and communities. Since its launch in 2020, the program has honored more than 290 educators across the region, awarding more than $48,000 in cash and prizes to celebrate educational excellence. ×
