ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A judge is delaying a pre-trial detention hearing for a teenager accused in a deadly shooting of a classmate near Oak Ridge High School.
In a hearing on Wednesday, Judge Cherish Adams granted a request for more time to prepare arguments against the state’s motion to keep Jacori Redding, 15, in jail.
Redding is being tried as an adult on a charge of manslaughter in the shooting death of 16-year-old Pinien Dalmacy.
