A nine-month-old baby has died in a horror XL bully attack.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the attack at 6pm on Sunday, November 2.

They were called to a property in Crossway, Rogiet, South Wales, following a report of an attack by a family dog.

The baby boy could not be saved and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

The dog involved in the incident was a six-year-old XL bully, Gwent Police confirmed.

It was registered with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), with a certificate of exemption issued in 2024.
