Three months after her bid to purchase Babe Ruth’s former Upper West Side home was voted down by a co-op board, Olivia “Livvy” Dunne has acquired a new apartment downtown, The Post has learned.
Dunne is now a West Village girl, joining the ranks of many prominent influencers who live in the ritzy neighborhood.
Records show the 23-year-old social media star and former LSU gymnast purchased a one-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 345 West 14th Street for $1.95 million.
The purchase ends a high-profile apartment hunt that drew widespread attention earlier this year after Dunne told her 8 million TikTok followers that she was blocked from buying Babe Ruth’s onetime residence on West 88th Street.
