ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Albemarle County Police Department is asking for help to find a wanted man.

According to police, 38-year-old Stuart W. Ragland of Palmyra is facing charges associated with inappropriate behavior in the view of children.
