There's something endearing about small-town restaurants or cafés. The locals who frequent these businesses will continually return, or not, based on the quality, and to some degree the quantity, of fare being presented. If the wait-staff are friendly, reasonably prompt, and generally efficient in serving the customers, most folks will return when a meal outside of their home kitchen is desired. I’ve had the great pleasure of frequenting two of these excellent food purveyors.
