A Bedford County man is facing charges after police said he filmed a co-worker inside the bathroom at a McDonald’s in Snake Spring Township.

Payton Daugherty, 27, is charged with invasion of privacy.

According to WJAC, on Oct. 6 Daugherty followed a male co-worker into the men’s bathroom and began to use his phone to spy on him.

Police said that video taken by the victim shows Daugherty pointing his phone underneath the stall while the victim was on the toilet.

The victim also told police that this wasn’t the first time Daugherty had been following him around.

The incident was reported to the restaurant’s manager and then to the authorities.
