DERIDDER, La. (KPLC) - A DeRidder man will spend several years in prison after pleading guilty to raping two people.

Brandon Lee Roberts, 40, sexually abused a teen girl starting when she was 13, investigators said. He also sexually abused a young woman.

Roberts was arrested in October 2024 and indicted on seven counts. He pleaded guilty to two rape charges last week.

Roberts was sentenced to 25 years for second-degree rape and seven years for third-degree rape. The sentences will run consecutively.
