Columbus Public Schools' $43 million bond request was denied by voters Tuesday as the unofficial results show 3,459 NO votes and 2,312 YES. While the official results will not be in for a week, CPS superintendent Chip Kay said this is a difficult result for the district as this is still an area of need as the population continues to grow.
