Areas affected: Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties — including Rochester, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Watertown.
Impacts
Strong gusts may blow around unsecured objects, down tree limbs, and cause isolated power outages.
