Manlius, N.Y. - A second man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with shots that were fired from a car in the town of Manlius over the summer.
At about 7:28 p.m. June 3, Manlius police responded to a call about shots being fired from a vehicle in the 7100 block of Minoa Bridgeport Road, Manlius police said in a news release Wednesday.
The gunfire involved an older model silver SUV and a black SUV, police said. Police did not say whether people were shooting at each other from each car or release other details about the gunfire.
On Tuesday, police arrested Dylan Herring, 20, of Syracuse, and charged him with:
Second-degree attempted murder
Fourth-degree conspiracy
Herring was arraigned and bail was set at $500,000 bond or $100,000 cash. He’s being held in the Justice
