BUSHWICK — A BUNDLE OF seven lots located at Myrtle and Wyckoff avenues – where Ridgewood meets Bushwick – and spanning roughly 71,000 square feet, has sold for $37 million to an anonymous buyer, marking one of the area’s largest transactions this year, according to Crain’s New York Business.
The site, sold by Renald Properties and brokered by Avison Young, currently houses 21 retail tenants, including a McDonald’s, a department store and an autobody shop. No construction permits have yet been filed.
The parcel is currently zoned for up to 338,750 square feet of mixed-use development.
