DUMBO — LAKERS COACH JJ Redick has re-listed his DUMBO penthouse for $6.2 million, according to The Richest. The two-level, 3,000-square-foot home crowns a converted warehouse at 51 Jay St., designed by ODA.

Redick and wife Chelsea Kilgore bought the property in 2017 and commissioned designer Michael Aiduss for a renovation featured in Architectural Digest. The four-bedroom duplex features Calacatta marble, Aegean blue cabinetry, herringbone oak floors and 2,400 square feet of landscaped terraces by Gunn Landscape Architecture.

Originally listed at $8.5 million in 2021, the price has dropped to its current figure. Redick, who earned $118 million as a player, now coaches the Lakers under a $45 million contract.
