LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. — A woman could spend up to 10 years behind bars for her role in a deadly shooting in Lehigh County.
Brenda Rodriguez pleaded guilty in September to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
She was sentenced to 2 1/2 to 10 years in state prison.
Rodriguez is the final of three defendants sentenced in the deadly shooting of her husband, Hector Garcia Gomez of Palmerton.
He was shot and killed late last year just outside Allentown.
Liz Pacheco pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison.
Christian Martinez-Ramos pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges and was sentenced to serve 30 to 60 years in state prison.
