The BJP leaders Tuesday continued with ‘jungle raj’ rhetoric against the RJD-Congress combine in Bihar and also targeted Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his fresh allegations of malpractices during the 2024 Haryana elections, and his recent demand for reservation in the Army.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh , who addressed rallies in the Garua, Sikandara, Jamui and Banka constituencies, accused the Opposition of levelling baseless allegations against the country’s institutions out of the fear of electoral loss.

“They are levelling allegations against Constitutional institutions; they level accusations against the EC… ‘hydrogen bomb’ and ‘atom bomb’… they are looking for excuses understanding that their defeat in Bihar is certain,” he said.
