PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) -Parma Police officers helped to rescue passengers with disabilities who were trapped inside the burning car on Tuesday.
According to a Facebook post, a call reported that a school transport van was on fire at State Road and Pleasant Valley Road.
Initial reports say that passengers with disabilities were taped inside the van, according to the post.
Parma Police responded to the scene, controlled the surrounding traffic, ensured the passengers were removed and began attacking the fire.
Park Fire then arrived and extinguished the flames.
