BOZRAH, Conn. (WTNH) — Neighbors on Fitchville Road are expressing concern for the man unaccounted for after a fire ripped through a home Wednesday morning.
Fire fighters, police, and investigators spent the better part of the day containing hot spots and sifting through the rubble to try and find the man who they believe was trapped inside.
Ralph Cusson, who lives next door, said he ran into the home before firefighters arrived. After getting a flashlight and running to the front door, he was confronted with smoke.
"I ended up just going in and yelling his name and it was too smoky for me to go forward. I just couldn’t hear anything," Cusson said.
