DETROIT — Veteran forward Tobias Harris continues to deal with a right ankle injury first suffered during the Detroit Pistons’ game against the Dallas Mavericks in Mexico City on Saturday.

Harris, 33, is set to miss his second straight game Wednesday night at home against the Utah Jazz after sitting out Monday’s game on the road vs. the Memphis Grizzlies .

But the Pistons aren’t concerned about his longterm availability for the squad.

“He’s getting better,” coach J.B. Bickerstaff said before Wednesday’s game. “It’s just the ankle and one of those things that it’s, ‘How is it today?’ You do more, you see how it responds tomorrow.
