MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The luck of the Irish could be what the Badgers need as they take on the University of Pittsburgh in the Aer Lingus College Football Classic.

Official ticket packages for the University of Wisconsin’s 2027 season opener against Pitt are on sale, the Badgers announced Wednesday. The teams will take the field Aug. 28, 2027, at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.

The matchup will mark only the second time Wisconsin Football played an international game. The Badgers’ only other international game was 1993 Tokyo Bowl. The game will be the first time Wisconsin and Pitt face off against each other since 1967.
