UGI Utilities will start a gas main replacement project next week that is expected to extend into next year.

Work will be done during the day starting on Monday, Nov. 10. UGI said work will be done between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Construction will stop the weeks of Dec. 22 and Dec. 29 then resume on Jan. 5, 2026. UGI said the work likely will extend into the spring.

UGI said there may be lane and parking restrictions during construction hours. There will be some interruptions to natural gas service. UGI will require access to properties to inspect and relight equipment.

The following roads will be impacted:

C Street between Cherry and North College streets

Franklin Street between H and C streets

D Street between Redwood Drive and Oak Street

E Street
