PAYNE COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - A Stillwater teenager was convicted of multiple violent sex crimes but was allowed to walk free with no jail time. Oklahomans are now protesting, demanding justice.

"We're out seeking justice for women and Girls in Pain County and all of Oklahoma," said Sheila Hayes, a protester.

Oklahomans say they are seeking justice after a teen who was 17 years old at the time he was convicted of violent sex crimes.

"I feel like there are a lot of people out here in the community that have been punished way worse for way less crime," said Samantha Morgan, a protester. "The fact that he got away with just a slap on the wrist is appalling."

According to court documents, the teen faced 11 charges that carried 78 years of jail time.
