There are stranger things than David Harbour ’s latest press tour.

New details have come to light on why the Thunderbolts* star was not featured alongside costars Millie Bobby Brown , Finn Wolfhard , Gaten Matarazzo , Caleb McLaughlin , Noah Schnapp and Sadie Sink last month when they were promoting the final season of Netflix’s Stranger Things .

As it turns out, David was never confirmed for the interview junket, so he actually didn’t pull out of any appearances, a source with knowledge told E! News. Instead, the 50-year-old is currently in production on Courteney Cox ’s new movie Evil Genius , according to Deadline .
