The Duchess of Sussex is set to return to acting for the first time in seven years for a new movie called Close Personal Friends starring Lily Collins and Brie Larson , according to multiple outlets .

Indeed, Meghan was reportedly seen on set to portray herself in a small role in the Amazon MGM Studios-produced comedy, which follows partners who befriend a famous couple during a trip to Santa Barbara, Calif., per People .

E! News reached out to reps for Meghan and Amazon for comment but has not heard back.

Close Personal Friends —also starring Henry Golding and Jack Quaid —was first announced back in August, with production beginning one month later in London.
