FISHERS, Ind. — The Indy Fuel fell to the Bloomington Bison, 4-2, Wednesday night at the Fishers Event Center.
The Fuel got on the scoreboard first when Tyler Paquette scored a shorthanded goal just under six minutes into the game on an assist from Jesse Tucker. Bloomington answered 80 seconds later, when Brandon Yeamans tied the game at 15:26 of the first. Mikael Robidoux and Nikita Sedov picked up the assists.
The Bison took the lead for good with just 32 seconds left in the first when Shane Ott scored from Mark Kaleinikovas for a 2-1 Bloomington lead.
Bloomington outshot the Fuel 15-5 in the opening 20 minutes.
