EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Over the weekend, UTEP volleyball delivered a dominant performance, sweeping its Conference USA series against Missouri State. The victories pushed the Miners to 21-3 overall and 11-1 in Conference USA play, solidifying their position as a contender in the league.

With just four matches remaining in the regular season, UTEP finds itself tied for first place in the CUSA standings alongside Western Kentucky. The next few weeks are pivotal for the Miners, as they have a serious shot at the CUSA regular season championship.

The next two weeks will test UTEP. Over the span of the next four matches, the Miners will face two very quality teams in the conference: Kennesaw State and FIU.
