Electronics and home appliances company, Symphony Ltd recorded a 66 per cent year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter of financial year 2025-26.

The net profit of the company declined to ₹19 crore from ₹56 crore clocked for the same period, a year earlier. The revenue from operations of the company also fell by 44 per cent year-on-year to ₹163 crore during the second quarter. Revenues from its air cooling and other appliances business fell by 42 per cent during the quarter.

However, the Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on Thursday declared a second interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share of ₹2 each amounting to ₹6.87 crore. The record date for payment of interim dividend is November 12.
