A large-scale demonstration was held in front of the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) office in Odisha's Bhubaneswar, alleging injustice against LTR candidates, on Thursday. Parents joined the job aspirants in the protest, demanding the release of the merit list for Sanskrit candidates.

While the merit lists for LTR recruitment in PCM, CBZ, PET, Urdu, and Telugu have already been published, the Sanskrit merit list is yet to be released, reportedly without any stated reason.

As per reports, the delay sparked widespread anger among aspirants, who questioned why the OSSC was allegedly playing with their future. Both aspirants and their parents sought clarity from the Commission regarding the reasons behind the delay.
