Few dishes are as topping-friendly as a big plate of nachos. Personally, I like to use Tostitos scoops, drop in a dollop of spicy salsa, and top it off with a cube of cheddar. Then I pop the concoction in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt. It is a symphony of salty, cheesy goodness and perfect snacking for a day of college football viewing.
