Realty firm Godrej Properties reported 21% increase in its Q2FY26 net profit to Rs 403 crore from Rs 333.79 crore in Q2FY25. The firm’s sales bookings grew 64% to Rs 8,505 crore, marking its highest ever Q2 booking value. This was achieved through the sale of 4,522 homes with a total area of 7.14 million sq. ft.
